I contacted Zoe at the end of September last year. I used to go to crossfit around 5 years previously and for so long I'd been wanting to get back into training again but I just couldn't get past the anxiety and the fear of going. For a long time I felt down about my weight and my lifestyle and I was ready to make the commitment to change it for good. Being able to do everyday things like climb a flight of stairs, run for a bus, play with my niece and nephew or going for a lovely long walk without feeling restricted or extremely out of breath was my main motivation. Â I decided I would get a personal trainer to ease me back into training, help me build my confidence and reduce my anxiety, hoping that eventually I could start going to crossfit classes again. Zoe has 1000% done that and much more! Â Zoe set up a zoom call with me to go through what my goals were and how many times I would like to train and we just went from there.I decided I was going to do it and I haven't looked back! I started just with twice a week, then went up to 3 times a week over the lockdowns and now I'm training 4/5 times every week. Â She supports me if I'm frustrated, anxious or feeling negative and always knows how to bring me back up again. She got me doing workouts in my living room which I don't like,but because I enjoyed the workouts so much it didn't matter that I was at home on my own.I would talk to her every week on a video call, which helped me to stay accountable. She always gives feedback and tips on how to improve your technique and is always on hand to answer questions or give advice. Â Â She gives valuable information not only about training, but also about nutrition and how to just tweak your existing diet to sustain a healthy lifestyle whilst still enjoying all the things you love. Â Â Being a hardworking mother of 2, she is a role model for hardworking women with busy lives, showing that there is always time for a workout, anytime anywhere! You just have to be consistent and make the commitment to not give up. Â Â Since I've been training with Zoe my confidence has improved greatly. I'm much less anxious, I've learnt so many new skills and movements that I couldn't do before. I've lost body fat, I'm much stronger and fitter and I would say I have also gained a good friend. Â Â Â We all have the potential but sometimes we just get lost and we need someone to get us right back on track, to let us see what we really are capable of, and Zoe is that person! Â Â Thank you for everything, you are helping me achieve so many things and for that I'm truly grateful! I'm not sure if you'll ever be rid of me!

I stumbled across Zoe’s instagram account and I was drawn in by her energy. I liked her presence, her style and obviously she looks amazingly fit and toned. The blurb under her posts made a lot of sense and I knew from her posts she was a mumma who had achieved her fitness goals post-children which made her even more of an inspiration. Zoe stood out from a crowd of same-same PT’s that are out there, so I reached out to her. During our initial, virtual consult, we connected on so many levels but I wasn’t wholly convinced a virtual PT programme was going to work for me. I felt I needed someone physically shouting over me, and demanding more push-ups. But, I signed up anyway. I’ve been working with Zoe for 8 months now and it just works for me. I love the workouts… lifting weights and building strength week on week. They’re never boring. Tiring yes but boring no. I have come so far with Zoe. My physical and mental health are better for working with her and I haven’t stuck at any gym routine or exercise classes for this long, EVER. The weekly, FaceTime check-ins, the WhatsApp support group and ‘Zoe chats’ all help me when my motivation is wavering. Without Zoe, I’d still be sat on the sofa, wishing I was fitter and thinner. But instead, I’m actually working towards my goals with consistency.
